Questions about the Ordering Process

To place an order you must meet 2 requirements:

  1. You must be an approved District Manager with Simply Self Storage.
  2. You must Register to create an account for each property you manage.

Yes! Please indicate the order quantity you need for a particular item, and list the store numbers in the comment field when placing your order. If you need to include any additional details, please specify in the comment field as well.

No. All items ordered on this site are billed to each property. When you register on this site, an account is automatically created for your facility. After you receive your items, you will be billed for them per contract terms with Simply Self Storage.

It depends on what you are ordering. Each requires a different process to create. Items that require customization take longer. Most items are delivered to your facility in 7-14 days.

If your order requires custom printing, you will be sent previews of the item with your facility’s information for you to approve. If any changes are required, we will make them and resubmit the preview for your approval. Once you are happy with the design, your order will be processed.

After you place an order by checking out through the shopping cart, you will receive an email confirming we received your order. If you don’t get the email, please check your spam folder. If you can’t find an order confirmation email please use our contact form for help.

Questions About Shipping

All of your items are shipped by UPS. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Currently this site does not integrate shipping costs into your order because we process and ship orders from different production centers (depending on whether you are ordering an inventoried item, or ones that are customized). All ordered are shipped via UPS, and shipping fees will be reflected on your invoice.

Shipping costs will vary, depending on how large your order is. Shipping costs are determined when your items are shipped and are based on factors including the overall dimensions and weight of the package, as well as the delivery area.
